1. OUR CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to Design Hub to sell the product(s) or service to you. When you place an order to purchase from Design Hub, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Receipt Confirmation E-mail"). When an e payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sento to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The Order Receipt Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order. It will also have a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.
If ordering a service a confirmation email will be set once the service is bought. As for products, the order reciept confirmation email is sent and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we ship the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we've shipped the product to you (the "Shipping Confirmation E-mail").

If your order is shipped in more than one package, you may receive a separate Shipping Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Shipping Confirmation E-mail and corresponding shipment will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Shipping Confirmation E-mail.

You consent to receive sales invoices electronically by email. For each delivery, we will inform you in our Shipping Confirmation E-mail if an electronic invoice is available. If Design Hub finds out that you resell products purchased from Design Hub, we reserve the right not to allow product purchase by your account and may permanently close your account.

2. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN AND REFUNDS- Design Hub does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our office. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Design Hub does not take title to the refunded item. If a refund is to be made amount paid will be given back as a voucher to be used for any other good or sevice sold by Design Hub.

CANCELLATION: Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back as a form of voucher to the customer. Design Hub will issue an electronic voucher within 2-3 working days once the cancellation is confirmed, voucher to be send in customer email.

Cancelling a good or service can only be refunded in a VOUCHER form and NO Cash Back.

These voucher will be valid for 6 months and can be used for any good/ service sold in Designhubae.com website.

3.PRICING PAYMENT AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

We list availability information for products sold by us on the Website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the Website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and will refund you if you are charged for those products.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. We will verify pricing when processing your order. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time.
