What is an Interior Designer?

An interior designer is a professional who work with clients and other design professionals to develop design solutions that are functional, attractive, and meet the needs of the people using the space.

Why do I need an Interior Designer?

Design hub helps you design the space you have been longing for. whether it is an office space, a beach house, or your dream bedroom, we do it all! We help in space planning so the client doesn’t end up buying more furniture than necessary or end up not receiving the space feel they expected. We ensure that the space will be designed creatively to suit the functionality of the space.

Is the Consultation Fee Free of Charge?

Yes, we don’t believe in charging for a the first consultation. The first consultation fee is free of charge and both party must feel comfortable. A meeting will be held either in our office or at the project site so that we can understand the scope and answer any questions you have in mind.

How Much Will the Project Cost?

In design hub we work in two phases. design phases and the second is fabrication. Design fee will be given after seeing how big the space is and the time it will take to design. Fabrication will depend on the materials used in the project, as we try to work around the client’s realistic budget offering materials that will fit within the range. We offer full turnkey service from design to handing over the space completed.

It is always better to book a free consultation in the beginning to discuss all the detailed requirements.

Realistic project budgets will always be established at the beginning of every project. Based on experience however, budget is subject but not limited to fluctuating anywhere from 30%-50%, this is usually after material selection.

Do You Offer Custom Options?

Yes! Many of the services we offer, from upholstery to bedding to drapery, is custom to give your home the uniqueness it deserves.

Where do You Get Your Furniture?

We purchase product from a variety of sources. We also use local stores, to the trade showrooms, and retail locations, as well as online and catalogue retailers. If our clients have sources that they prefer to work with, we are more than happy to do so. We also offer unique furniture from Italy on order.

The designers at design hub are experienced in working with different design tastes. We believe that each client has their own individual taste and ideas and we help reflect that with our professional experience into the design.

Design Hub works in decorating residential as well as commercial spaces. We work with luxury vs functionality, we are experts in industrial design, contemporary design, Islamic design, classical, and neo classical design.

How does the process work?


STEP 1: SET A MEETING

A. Ring or send an email Contact us and tell us the beauty that you search for in your space and we will start creating it for you.

B. Discovery Meeting

We will sit together and we will discover the best for your space. At this stage, we would like to get to know our client better in order to create a design that will best suit the client’s taste and even exceed his expectations.


STEP 2: START DESIGN

A. Concept Creation

Once we get an understanding with what the client is looking for, we create a concept that will best suit the client’s preferences. If the client approves and confirms the concept board, then we go to the next stage of detailed design.

B. Detail Design & Development

In this stage, we get to have an in depth understanding of the space. We will get the specific measures and condition of the whole space and further the details of the design such as the colors, the palettes, the patterns, the light, the utility, and the over-all look of the space. The client will get to visualize the space and will see the potential beauty that the space holds with the help of our designing team. In this stage, we provide the client with the concept of the whole space which can include 3D realistic images.


STEP 3: START FABRICATION

A. Procurement & Construction

The magic is furthered, we begin procuring the items and the different elements that will be needed to enhance the space and in creating the beauty that client is looking for. All the works are done based on the approved design by the client with the help and supervision of our designing team.

B: Project Management

This stage is actually existent every step of the way, the project is regularly monitored and the team sees to it that everything is taking place as planned. And that should there be any variations, these variations are well communicated with the client and that everything will only be leading to one place – the beauty of the space.

C: Project Turn Over

Project is done and the whole space is revealed and is now ready for use.
